REFUND POLICY

Section 1 - Our Role & Commitment

VoraAura operates as a premium health-tech curator and intermediary service provider. We specialize in sourcing, testing, and verifying high-quality wearable technology from a network of global specialist manufacturers. Please be advised that VoraAura is a professional curator and authorized distributor of these selected goods, not the original manufacturer of the hardware or the developer of the associated software. Our role is to ensure quality standards and provide dedicated customer support for our selected collection.

Section 2 - Return Eligibility

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of wearable technology (Smart Rings), items that show signs of wear or have been unsealed may be subject to a partial refund or rejection at our discretion.

Section 3 - Returns Process

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the original manufacturer. As a curated intermediary, VoraAura handles all quality claims and returns directly to ensure our brand standards are maintained.

Important: Before returning any items, you must contact our support team at support@voraaura.com to receive the appropriate return authorization and instructions. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Section 4 - Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected by our quality control team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
